Celeste’s Solo Mom Nutrition Program 

To achieve optimal health, our first step together is to pinpoint your childhood conditioning. Knowing whether you went through emotional trauma while growing up, I will provide food medicine nutrition needs and recommend movements best suited for your health status and lifestyle. I am a firm believer in the concept of individuality, which means that no two individuals are entirely the same in their genetics and biological makeup, and as thus, there is not one magic diet or remedy for everyone. My goal as your Certified Natural Medicine Practitioner is to get to the root cause of emotional blockages and health issues in the body by looking at your symptoms and lifestyle as factors. I keep things simple and enjoyable while allowing you to become your healer!


The focus of our first session is your health history and goals for working together. From there, I will recommend manageable diets and lifestyle variations and will offer support for you to reach those goals. I will help you understand why you’re making a specific change or taking a superfood and how it will help you to feel better. I offer support in different forms, most often through counseling, health assessment teaching, kitchen and pantry makeovers, meal plans, making holistic healing meals, cleanses/elimination diets, recipes, and cooking tips.

Personal Assessment (60 minutes)

The focus of our first session is listening to your unique story. 


What brings you here? What are you looking to accomplish? We will discuss your health history, childhood conditions, emotional trauma, any current health conditions, and your food preferences and patterns, as well as your challenges and goals to creating the healthy life you desire. We will guide you through health and wellness foods to choose from. We will also determine your unique lifestyle needs and desires, including your budget, schedules, and values and beliefs regarding food and healthy living. 


Your in-depth analysis includes a review of:

  • Personal goals and desired outcomes
  • Individual and family health history
  • Lab evaluations: please bring current lab work and list of medications! 
  • Assessment of food and exercise patterns 
  • Stress, sleep, and coping strategies 
  • Medications and Canadian nutrition supplements
Customized meal plan

Customized Plan

After your personal assessment, we will create a customized nutrition and health plan for you, because every single one of us is beautifully complex and different with unique needs, body types, and lives. Your program will be specific to you; we will work together every step of the way to develop a sustainable plan that provides you with guidance and structure to help you reach your health goals. I offer 3-month and 6-month programs.

Ongoing Support

Follow-up appointments provide you with valuable time to “check-in.” You and I will discuss how you are doing on your action plan, make adjustments, answer any questions you may have, and set new goals. These follow-up visits are all about you getting the guidance and motivation you need to succeed. These follow-up appointments can be held on Zoom, Skype, a business office, a grocery store, or a farmer's market depending on your needs and goals.

I offer all my services in-person, over the phone, Zoom, or via Skype. It doesn't matter where you live (even though I would love to see your smiling face!)
